Emerald Salon is a WONDERFUL SALON. I love the atmosphere at this salon. I hope the girls don't change one bit!! The salon is always a fun and entertaining place to get away to!

I recently called on a Saturday to make an appointment for a set of nails and a facial for a Tuesday. When I called to confirm on Tuesday I was told there was not an appointment. How hard is it to spend my money in this town? Perhaps only qualified people should answer the Day Spa's phone so this type of issue does not happen again. They have now lost a customer who would have gladly spent money every few weeks.

So sorry you feel that way! we are a very busy salon and sometimes clients cant get the appointment that they want. It wouldnt be fair to clients who book their appointments far in advance and then over book another client in their time slot. Atleast your "complaint" wasnt about the actual service you received.. because if you actually did come into our salon to receive a service.. I can guarantee you would feel WONDERFUL! we are in the business of beauty and wellness, and our mission is to make people feel happy about themselves!
